How We Operate

We are community-minded and committed to helping you achieve clarity, confidence and freedom in retirement.

How can we help you?

We offer a 2-prong approach that includes a comprehensive retirement plan and investment management. We’ve found that some people just want a one-time retirement plan, and others only want someone to manage their investments. But we’ve found the best way to help you make the most out of your retirement nest egg is to offer the two in tandem.

So if you’re looking for one or the other, then we won’t be a good fit for you, but we can offer some alternative information & resources below to get you started in the right direction.

You will be charged two fees:

  • A one-time financial planning fee (ranges from $1500 to $5000 depending on complexity but the median fee is $1500),  - and -
  • An ongoing fee for managing your accounts (ranges from 0.5% to 2%, but the median fee is 1%).

We will review your current financial situation, create a retirement plan and then implement it with you.

How We Operate (Fees)

We help create financial plans and give investment advice, charging a flat fee per plan, depending on the complexity of your financial situation. Please call to request a copy of our ADV Part 2 for a more detailed description of our fees. We will give you advice on your financial concerns, including, but not limited to: investments, taxes, insurance, retirement and estate planning. You can terminate at any time.

As an investment adviser firm, we manage your account for a percentage of assets under our management. The annual fee ranges from .5 percent to 2 percent, depending on the size and complexity of your account. The fee is paid at the end of each quarter. If you wish to terminate our association — and you can do so at any time — any prepaid fees will be promptly refunded to you on a prorated basis. Additionally, we may select and monitor other money managers (registered in Washington) on your behalf. When we do so the other money managers pay us a portion of the fees generated by the referred clients — clients do not pay us directly for this service.

NOTE: Clients may be able to obtain lower commissions and fees from other brokers, and the value of products, research and services given to the applicant is not a factor in determining the selection of broker-dealers or the reasonableness of their commissions.
